So we purchased a house around 2 years ago that came with a Kodiak wood stove in the fireplace (more pics below). I am finally getting around to attempting to use it, but if for whatever reason that doesn't pan out (we have a baby now as well so child-proofing it would be an issue) is this something I should attempt to sell, or is it not worth anything?Less particulates in the air also.
